What will I be doing?
We have various positions in our call center. We have customer service, billing services, retention, calling leads, and much more!
How many hours do I have to work?
This is determined by which position you are applying for.
What are the system requirements?
Minimum requirements include:
- Must have reliable high-speed internet (DSL or Cable) and headset with microphone.
- Must have reliable personal computer which meets minimum system requirements: Windows XP or 2000, 512 mb RAM, Internet Explorer 7 (or later) or Firefox 2.x (or later) web browser.
Will I be an employee or contractor?
You will be an independent contractor.
What is the pay rate?
The pay rate is based on the position you will be filling.
Is my training paid?
We do not provide paid training at this time.
How do I get paid?
You will be paid on a weekly basis, direct deposited into your checking account only.
Am I charged any fees?
We do not charge any fees. All training material is provided free of charge.
What type of internet connection do I need?
You will need high speed internet for this position. Dial up will not work.
Do I need a land line?
No, you will not need a land line. The calls will be routed over your computer through Xlite.
I still haven't received my Validation Code email. Could you resend it?
Yes. Please visit our Resend Validation Code page to have your Validation Code emailed again.
Can I reapply?
Yes, you will be able to reapply in 6 months. If your contract was terminated, you will not be able to reapply for any postion available with us.
